Intuitive energy healer

Hi, I’m Laura

I found energy healing at a time when my body was keeping the score of everything I hadn't processed.

I was completely depleted—burnt out from work, grieving the loss of three loved ones, and navigating the physical toll of PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and rheumatoid arthritis. My body felt like it was betraying me. I was exhausted, inflamed, and emotionally overwhelmed. Life felt like something I was enduring, not enjoying.

In a quiet moment of surrender, I asked the Universe to show me the way back to myself. Soon after, energy healing kept finding mein podcasts, books, and conversations. I had barely heard of it before, but suddenly it was everywhere. I chose to follow that intuitive nudge, and it changed everything.

What began as a personal healing journey quickly became a soul calling.

Over the last few years, I've become a Reiki Master and Emotion Code Practitioner while deepening my intuitive gifts, creating a unique approach to emotional and energetic transformation. I've witnessed the profound shifts that happen when trapped emotions finally have permission to leave. The lightness. The clarity. The return to joy that felt lost forever.

This work gave me my life back. Now, I help others reclaim theirs.

If you're holding emotions you don't know how to process—grief that won't lift, anxiety that follows you everywhere, guilt that whispers you're not enough—I'm here to show you another way.

You don't need a perfect understanding or endless processing. You don't need to earn your healing through suffering. Your emotions are ready to release. They just need the right support to move through you.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you've always been.
